Agreement Acceptance Statement
Submitting a project to the London International film festival & Arts Academy Award constitutes full acceptance of these Rules & Regulations and all decisions made by the festival administration and jury.

1. Festival Mission
The London International film festival & Arts Academy Award celebrates artistic excellence, creative innovation, and compelling storytelling across all forms of cinema and visual arts. We welcome filmmakers from every nation and cultural background.
2. Submission Eligibility
Films completed in any year are eligible for submission. Entries are accepted from professionals, independent filmmakers, students, and first-time creators. Projects in any language are welcome; however, films not in English must include English subtitles.
3. Accepted Categories
The festival accepts Feature Films, Short Films, Documentaries, Animations, Experimental Films, Music Videos, Web Series, Student Films, Mobile Films, and other creative visual works.
4. Judging Process
All submissions are reviewed by the festival screening committee and jury panel. Projects are evaluated on creativity, storytelling, artistic merit, technical quality, originality, and overall impact. Jury decisions are final and binding.
5. Monthly Recognition
Selected projects are announced throughout the year as part of the festival’s ongoing recognition program. Outstanding films may receive Official Selection, Finalist, Semi-Finalist, or Nominee status.
6. Award Announcements
Award-winning projects are announced every three months. Special jury prizes and honorary recognitions may also be presented at the discretion of the festival.
7. Laurels & Certificates
All recognized projects, including Official Selections, Finalists, Nominees, and Winners, will receive digital laurels and certificates suitable for promotional and professional use.
8. Rights & Ownership
The filmmaker retains full ownership and copyright of their work. By submitting, participants grant the festival permission to use trailers, posters, still images, synopses, and project information for promotional purposes.
9. Screening & Exhibition
Selected films may be considered for festival screenings, partner showcases, private industry presentations, or special festival events. Screening invitations will be communicated directly to filmmakers.
10. Submission Fees
All submission fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of selection status or withdrawal of the project.
11. Responsibility of Entrants
Participants are solely responsible for securing all necessary copyrights, licenses, permissions, and clearances related to their submitted work.
12. Festival Discretion
The festival reserves the right to reclassify categories, update award divisions, amend regulations when necessary, and decline any submission that does not align with the festival’s standards or values.
13. Acceptance of Terms
Submission to the London Art & Cinema Film Festival Awards constitutes full acceptance of these Rules & Regulations and all decisions made by the festival administration and jury.
